Our extensive experience in the transportation industry has resulted in our company realizing that carriers need a trusted source for driver recruiting. Utilizing our unique approach to the recruiting platform allows us to offer our clients the most qualified and experienced drivers available through some of the most extensive vetting processes available to date.
Driver Recruiting
Dr.911 is a recruitment service that offers a unique approach to providing quality, professional drivers to clients. We have over 30 years of industry experience and utilize our own inter-office vetting procedures, along with a renowned third-party background screening provider and databases of quality applicants. Our process involves collaboration with clients to create a detailed solicitation that attracts applicants and designates target locales. We monitor applicants’ dependability, punctuality, demeanor, honesty, professionalism, communication skills, experience levels, and other relevant information during the vetting process. Once we receive an adequate amount of quality candidates, we conduct extensive phone interviews and share the results with clients to discuss the pros and cons of the applicants who have escalated to the final screening process. Clients can approve which applicants will be submitted for background screening.
Lease Operator recruiting
Our Lease operator recruiting shares the same sense of priority and much of the same client interaction as our driver recruiting. As a carrier you must ensure those utilizing your authority will treat it as their own. There are many reasons Owner Operators choose to lease on to someone elses authority. We are here to vet each and every applicant thoroughly and effectively to provide you with substantial information to make a well informed choice of if they will be a beneficial fit to your organization. Our vetting process will include background screenings, referral follow up, phone interviews, and recommendation of a vehicle inspection. Before entering a contract our clients are provided a personal Lease Operator representative. Once assigned a conference will be scheduled to clarify any particulars that may need to be addressed as well negotiating the terms of the contract. Through thorough communication between the two all information obtained will be discussed in an effort to assist in providing the client the ability to make an informed decision.
Equipment Recovery Services
We understand the needs of many carriers when unfortunate circumstances come into play. Whether a driver has abandoned the equipment, an illness has prevented them from being able to drive, or any other of the multitude of things that can happen in the all to unpredictable industry of trucking we are here to assist. Our equipment recovery is “Basic Equipment Recovery” we do not repossess equipment, nor do we have towing capabilities. We can however facilitate equipment relocation if the units are not drivable through 3rd party service providers. All Recovery services are unique to their own situation and must be negotiated as such. All clients will be assigned a personal recovery specialists that will assist you throughout the process. Assisting in negotiating the most cost and time efficient options available. The basis for our negotiated rates are listed in the fee schedule.
